The work Study for Complexes of a Young Lady by Sorel Etrog was auctioned at Christies in New York in July 2018. It achieved a price of USD 12,500.00 (€ 10,678.28), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sorel Etrog achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Family Group in November 2013 with an auction result of USD 161,000.00 (€ 118,330.15).

Die Arbeit Study for Complexes of a Young Lady von Sorel Etrog kam im Juli 2018 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 12.500,00 (€ 10.678,28) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sorel Etrog erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Family Group im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 161.000,00 (€ 118.330,15).
