Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2007 a collector was able to acquire the work Dining Room (Francis Place) (I-Iii) by Sarah Jones for USD 8,750.00 (€ 6,153.74). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Part I and Part II at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Sarah Jones have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in October 2001 by the work The Dining Room I-III at GBP 7,050.00 (€ 11,393.83).

Im September 2007 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Dining Room (Francis Place) (I-Iii) von Sarah Jones für USD 8.750,00 (€ 6.153,74) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Part I and Part II bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00.
