Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pamela Anderson, Hollywood, Bamboo Nude #1 by Sante D'Orazio was auctioned at Phillips in New York in October 2020. It changed hands for a price of USD 7,500.00 (€ 6,439.43) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sante D'Orazio achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Pam Grid #1, 2010 in April 2013 with an auction result of USD 99,750.00 (€ 75,751.82).

Die Arbeit Pamela Anderson, Hollywood, Bamboo Nude #1 von Sante D'Orazio kam im Oktober 2020 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 7.500,00 (€ 6.439,43) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sante D'Orazio erzielen.
