A top price for Sante D'Orazio - as previously expected
In April 2013 Christies in New York held the auction Photographs, which included the work Pam Grid #1, 2010 by Sante D'Orazio. The price achieved of USD 99,750.00 (€ 75,751.82) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Pam Grid #1, 2010 is the most expensive artwork by Sante D'Orazio that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im April 2013 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pam Grid #1, 2010 von Sante D'Orazio zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 99.750,00 (€ 75.751,82) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Pam Grid #1, 2010 das teuerste Kunstwerk von Sante D'Orazio, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
