Auction result well in line with expectations
The work 'Danielle Z, Versace', 1990s by Sante D'Orazio was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2021. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,764.00 (€ 2,071.10) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sante D'Orazio achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Pam Grid #1, 2010 in April 2013 with an auction result of USD 99,750.00 (€ 75,751.82).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit 'Danielle Z, Versace', 1990s von Sante D'Orazio kam im November 2021 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 1.764,00 (€ 2.071,10) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sante D'Orazio erzielen.
