Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sin Título by Rodolfo Nieto was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in May 2019. The price achieved of USD 30,000.00 (€ 26,908.24) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Admittedly, works by Rodolfo Nieto have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Toro in November 2013 with an auction result of USD 293,000.00 (€ 215,346.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sin Título von Rodolfo Nieto kam im Mai 2019 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 30.000,00 (€ 26.908,24) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Rodolfo Nieto auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Toro im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 293.000,00 (€ 215.346,17).
