It achieved a price of USD 264,600.00 (€ 248,357.42), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 47%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Robert Nava - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Before Minotaur, which sold at auction in October last year for GBP 639,600.00 (€ 745,126.92).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 264.600,00 (€ 248.357,42) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 47%. Für andere Arbeiten von Robert Nava mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Before Minotaur beobachtet, die im Oktober letzten Jahres für GBP 639.600,00 (€ 745.126,92) versteigert wurde.
