The work Trinity by Rob Scholte was sold in the Living Contemporary auction at Sothebys in Cologne in June last year. It achieved a price of EUR 10,710.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 53 %. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Rob Scholte - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Overspel (Adultery), which sold at auction in April last year for EUR 40,320.00.

Die Arbeit Trinity von Rob Scholte wurde im Juni letzten Jahres in der Auktion Living Contemporary bei Sothebys in Köln versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 10.710,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 53 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Rob Scholte mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Overspel (Adultery) beobachtet, die im April letzten Jahres für EUR 40.320,00 versteigert wurde.
