Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2011 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Impressionist and Modern Art, which included the work Enkhuizen in de haven by Raoul Hynckes. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 6,875.00. Admittedly, works by Raoul Hynckes have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A still life with apples and a lemon in a bowl in December 2006 with an auction result of EUR 42,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2011 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Enkhuizen in de haven von Raoul Hynckes zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 6.875,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Raoul Hynckes auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A still life with apples and a lemon in a bowl im Dezember 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 42.000,00.
