Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Pierre Huyghe could be acquired at Christies in New York in May 2011 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Post-War and Contemporary Art Featuring Property from an Important Private European Collection Afternoon Session auction, the work Trajet, Paris changed hands for USD 6,250.00 (€ 4,347.52) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 7,000.00 – 10,000.00.
