In June 2013 VAN HAM held the auction Moderne Kunst / Zeitgenössische Kunst, which included the work »Traces d’automne« by Otto Greis. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,580.00 43% above the estimate. Admittedly, works by Otto Greis have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Dynamisches in drei Klängen" in May 2019 with an auction result of EUR 23,220.00.
Schätzpreis um 43 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2013 führte VAN HAM die Auktion Moderne Kunst / Zeitgenössische Kunst durch, in der auch die Arbeit »Traces d’automne« von Otto Greis zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.580,00 und damit 43% über dem Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Otto Greis auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Dynamisches in drei Klängen" im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 23.220,00.
