Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2017 a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Oscar Tuazon for USD 3,500.00 (€ 2,962.84). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Curated at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Oscar Tuazon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in March 2015 with an auction result of USD 62,500.00 (€ 58,188.25).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2017 konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Oscar Tuazon für USD 3.500,00 (€ 2.962,84) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Curated bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Oscar Tuazon erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im März 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 62.500,00 (€ 58.188,25).
