Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2019 Phillips in London held the auction New Now, which included the work Another Thing by Oscar Tuazon. The price achieved of GBP 12,500.00 (€ 14,541.11) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Oscar Tuazon have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in March 2015 with an auction result of USD 62,500.00 (€ 58,188.25).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2019 führte Phillips in London die Auktion New Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit Another Thing von Oscar Tuazon zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 12.500,00 (€ 14.541,11) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Oscar Tuazon auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im März 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 62.500,00 (€ 58.188,25).
