In December 2021 Christies in New York held the auction First Open Online: Post War & Contemporary Art, which included this untitled work by Noah Davis. The auction ended at the price of USD 30,000.00 (€ 26,506.45), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Noah Davis achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Congo #7 in November last year with an auction result of USD 1,500,000.00 (€ 1,453,065.97).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Dezember 2021 führte Christies in New York die Auktion First Open Online: Post War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Noah Davis zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 30.000,00 (€ 26.506,45) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Noah Davis erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Congo #7 im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.500.000,00 (€ 1.453.065,97).
