Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work 'Dödsbo #2', 1996 by Miriam Bäckström was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in April this year. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 17,000.00 (€ 1,502.90). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Miriam Bäckström achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "29 Variations of Light", 2002 in November 2011 with an auction result of SEK 400,000.00 (€ 44,005.05).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit 'Dödsbo #2', 1996 von Miriam Bäckström kam im April diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 17.000,00 (€ 1.502,90) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Miriam Bäckström erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "29 Variations of Light", 2002 im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 400.000,00 (€ 44.005,05).
