A top price for Miriam Bäckström - as previously expected
The work "29 Variations of Light", 2002 by Miriam Bäckström was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in November 2011. The result of SEK 400,000.00 (€ 44,005.05) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 400,000.00 – 500,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, "29 Variations of Light", 2002 is the most expensive artwork by Miriam Bäckström that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit "29 Variations of Light", 2002 von Miriam Bäckström kam im November 2011 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 400.000,00 (€ 44.005,05) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 400.000,00 – 500.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist "29 Variations of Light", 2002 das teuerste Kunstwerk von Miriam Bäckström, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
