Auction result misses estimated price range
In June this year a collector was able to acquire the work “Negatives”, 2013 by Miriam Bäckström for DKK 4,000.00 (€ 537.00). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 5,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Miriam Bäckström achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "29 Variations of Light", 2002 in November 2011 with an auction result of SEK 400,000.00 (€ 44,005.05).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit “Negatives”, 2013 von Miriam Bäckström für DKK 4.000,00 (€ 537,00) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 5.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Miriam Bäckström erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "29 Variations of Light", 2002 im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 400.000,00 (€ 44.005,05).
