Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Miriam Bäckström could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in November 2014 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary auction, the work From "Scenografier/Set Constructions", 1995-2001 changed hands for SEK 12,000.00 (€ 1,293.78) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Miriam Bäckström achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "29 Variations of Light", 2002 in November 2011 with an auction result of SEK 400,000.00 (€ 44,005.05).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Miriam Bäckström konnte im November 2014 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary wechselte die Arbeit From "Scenografier/Set Constructions", 1995-2001 für SEK 12.000,00 (€ 1.293,78) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Miriam Bäckström erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "29 Variations of Light", 2002 im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 400.000,00 (€ 44.005,05).
