Sold at the lower estimate price
The work Study for Chelsea Piers by Mark Innerst was auctioned at Christies in New York in October 2018. The result of USD 2,000.00 (€ 1,764.91) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mark Innerst achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Distant View in May last year with an auction result of USD 35,280.00 (€ 32,876.71).
