Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 68.040,00 (€ 56.558,60) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 36%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Louise Bourgeois erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spider im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 32.055.000,00 (€ 28.751.457,53).
