Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Leonardo Nierman was auctioned at Christies in New York in April 2015. Here, the upper estimate of USD 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 1,250.00 (€ 1,119.87). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Leonardo Nierman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Aurora Borealis (Artic Sunrise), which sold at auction in October 2010 for USD 5,000.00 (€ 3,598.68).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Leonardo Nierman kam im April 2015 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 1.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 1.250,00 (€ 1.119,87) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Leonardo Nierman mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Aurora Borealis (Artic Sunrise) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2010 für USD 5.000,00 (€ 3.598,68) versteigert wurde.
