Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Reflections by Leonard Campbell Taylor was auctioned at Christies in London in March 2012. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 8,125.00 (€ 9,740.37). Admittedly, works by Leonard Campbell Taylor have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sisters in November 2004 with an auction result of GBP 27,485.00 (€ 39,537.02).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Reflections von Leonard Campbell Taylor kam im März 2012 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 8.125,00 (€ 9.740,37) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Leonard Campbell Taylor auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sisters im November 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 27.485,00 (€ 39.537,02).
