This work without title by Laylah Ali was sold in the Contemporary Curated auction at Sothebys in New York in June 2014. It achieved a price of USD 10,625.00 (€ 7,761.14), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 33%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Laylah Ali - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in April 2008 for USD 29,800.00 (€ 19,141.83).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Laylah Ali wurde im Juni 2014 in der Auktion Contemporary Curated bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 10.625,00 (€ 7.761,14) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33%. Für andere Arbeiten von Laylah Ali mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im April 2008 für USD 29.800,00 (€ 19.141,83) versteigert wurde.
