In November 2018 VAN HAM held the auction Modern | Post War | Contemporary, which included this untitled work by Johannes Wohnseifer. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,322.00 16% above the estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Johannes Wohnseifer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Beyoncé Painting (RAL 8003 - Lehmbraun) in November 2009 with an auction result of GBP 23,750.00 (€ 25,991.31).
Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2018 führte VAN HAM die Auktion Modern | Post War | Contemporary durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Johannes Wohnseifer zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.322,00 und damit 16% über dem Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Johannes Wohnseifer erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Beyoncé Painting (RAL 8003 - Lehmbraun) im November 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 23.750,00 (€ 25.991,31).
