The price achieved of USD 68,750.00 (€ 61,187.26) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Landscape No. 13 (backyard) is the most expensive artwork by Julia Wachtel that we have observed at auctions so far.
