Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jonathan Chapline auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Image Gallery (Collecting and Transcribing) im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.890.000,00 (€ 224.383,56).
