The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 6,250.00 (€ 4,949.32) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by John Newman have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2015 the work Tolled Belle was auctioned for USD 10,000.00 (€ 8,958.97).
