all signed, numbered 12/75 and dated `74' in pencil (there were also 15 artist's proofs), published by Brooke Alexander, Inc. New York, all contained in original gray linen-covered portfolio case.

The work Cardinations by Jo Baer was sold in the Evening & Day Editions auction at Phillips in New York in April 2015. The »bidding war« ended at USD 5,000.00 (€ 4,479.48), 67% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jo Baer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May this year with an auction result of USD 327,600.00 (€ 307,490.14).

Die Arbeit Cardinations von Jo Baer wurde im April 2015 in der Auktion Evening & Day Editions bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 5.000,00 (€ 4.479,48) und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jo Baer erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 327.600,00 (€ 307.490,14).
