Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Flamingos by Jessie Arms Botke was sold in the Prints & Multiples auction at Bonhams in London in October this year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 4,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 4,480.00 (€ 4,239.21). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jessie Arms Botke achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Flamingos and Tropical Birds in November 2018 with an auction result of USD 137,500.00 (€ 121,434.25).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Flamingos von Jessie Arms Botke wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Prints & Multiples bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 4.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 4.480,00 (€ 4.239,21) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jessie Arms Botke erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Flamingos and Tropical Birds im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 137.500,00 (€ 121.434,25).
