In September this year Christies in London held the auction Post-War to Present, which included the work Before the Ball by Jesse Mockrin. The »bidding war« ended at USD 60,480.00 (€ 57,142.86), 21% above the upper estimate. Other works by Jesse Mockrin have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 113,400.00 (€ 106,438.90) in May this year for the work The Pursuit.
