Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2013 Phillips in London held the auction Under the Influence, which included this untitled work by Jeremy Deller. The price achieved of GBP 1,875.00 (€ 2,255.33) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jeremy Deller achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Uses of Literacy in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 61,250.00 (€ 77,422.05).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2013 führte Phillips in London die Auktion Under the Influence durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Jeremy Deller zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.875,00 (€ 2.255,33) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.500,00 – 2.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jeremy Deller erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Uses of Literacy im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 61.250,00 (€ 77.422,05).
