Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled from Urban Witness series by Halim Al-Karim was auctioned at Phillips in London in June 2009. The price achieved of GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,693.87) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Halim Al-Karim have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (From The Urban Witness Series) in April 2013 with an auction result of USD 47,500.00 (€ 36,072.30).

Die Arbeit Untitled from Urban Witness series von Halim Al-Karim kam im Juni 2009 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 4.000,00 (€ 4.693,87) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden.
