Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Gerwald Rockenschaub was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2019. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 6,250.00. Admittedly, works by Gerwald Rockenschaub have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in April 2006 with an auction result of GBP 22,800.00 (€ 32,906.84).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Gerwald Rockenschaub kam im November 2019 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 6.250,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gerwald Rockenschaub auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im April 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 22.800,00 (€ 32.906,84).
