In September 2016 Sothebys in London held the auction Made in Britain, which included the work Form by Geoffrey Clarke. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,875.00 (€ 2,171.48), 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Geoffrey Clarke achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Man in November 2010 with an auction result of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 32,862.46).

Im September 2016 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Made in Britain durch, in der auch die Arbeit Form von Geoffrey Clarke zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.875,00 (€ 2.171,48) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Geoffrey Clarke erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Man im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 32.862,46).
