Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Friedel Dzubas achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in September this year. In the Post-War to Present auction, the work Lazarus sold for USD 195,300.00 (€ 184,523.81) - well above the upper estimate of USD 80,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Friedel Dzubas; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot without title sold at auction in November 2018 with the realized price of USD 325,000.00 (€ 287,026.41).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Friedel Dzubas erzielte im September diesen Jahres bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post-War to Present wurde die Arbeit Lazarus für USD 195.300,00 (€ 184.523,81) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 80.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Friedel Dzubas; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2018 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 325.000,00 (€ 287.026,41).
