In the The Quillan Collection of Nineteenth and Twentieth Century Photographs auction, the work Cut-Paper Abstraction sold for USD 56,200.00 (€ 36,099.69) - well above the upper estimate of USD 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Francis Bruguière - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Experiment, From 'The Way', C. 1925, which sold at auction in April 2013 for USD 123,750.00 (€ 93,977.83).
