Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled (Cut Paper Abstraction), 1925-1930 by Francis Bruguière was sold in the Collection Shalom Shpilman vendue au profit du Shpilman Institute for Photography auction at Christies in Paris in November 2015. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 21,250.00. Admittedly, works by Francis Bruguière have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Experiment, From 'The Way', C. 1925 in April 2013 with an auction result of USD 123,750.00 (€ 93,977.83).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Cut Paper Abstraction), 1925-1930 von Francis Bruguière wurde im November 2015 in der Auktion Collection Shalom Shpilman vendue au profit du Shpilman Institute for Photography bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 21.250,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Francis Bruguière auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Experiment, From 'The Way', C. 1925 im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 123.750,00 (€ 93.977,83).
