Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Losing It by Dylan Lynch for USD 882.00 (€ 743.43). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art Online | New York at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Dylan Lynch have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bent Steel in February 2016 with an auction result of USD 4,000.00 (€ 3,680.53).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Losing It von Dylan Lynch für USD 882,00 (€ 743,43) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art Online | New York bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dylan Lynch auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bent Steel im Februar 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 4.000,00 (€ 3.680,53).
