Auction result misses estimated price range
In March this year a collector was able to acquire the work Made in Poland by Dylan Lynch for USD 953.00 (€ 876.56). This price was achieved in the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art: Online Auction at Phillips and was even below the estimate range of USD 1,500.00 – 2,500.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Dylan Lynch have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bent Steel in February 2016 with an auction result of USD 4,000.00 (€ 3,680.53).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Made in Poland von Dylan Lynch für USD 953,00 (€ 876,56) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art: Online Auction bei Phillips erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.500,00 – 2.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dylan Lynch auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bent Steel im Februar 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 4.000,00 (€ 3.680,53).
