The work OY / YO by Deborah Kass was sold in the Evening & Day Editions auction at Phillips in New York in April 2019. It achieved a price of USD 6,000.00 (€ 5,356.66), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 71%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Deborah Kass achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Silver Deb in May last year with an auction result of USD 94,500.00 (€ 88,062.62).

Die Arbeit OY / YO von Deborah Kass wurde im April 2019 in der Auktion Evening & Day Editions bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 6.000,00 (€ 5.356,66) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 71%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Deborah Kass erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Silver Deb im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 94.500,00 (€ 88.062,62).
