Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Vote Hillary by Deborah Kass was sold in the Contemporary Art | New York auction at Sothebys in New York in December 2021. Here, the upper estimate of USD 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 3,024.00 (€ 2,671.85). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Deborah Kass achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Silver Deb in May last year with an auction result of USD 94,500.00 (€ 88,062.62).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Vote Hillary von Deborah Kass wurde im Dezember 2021 in der Auktion Contemporary Art | New York bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 3.024,00 (€ 2.671,85) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Deborah Kass erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Silver Deb im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 94.500,00 (€ 88.062,62).
