The work Red Tree - 2017 by David Nash was sold in the Limited Edition auction at Artcurial in Paris in November last year. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,099.00 50% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Nash achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Charred Column in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 76,800.00 (€ 114,050.40).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Red Tree - 2017 von David Nash wurde im November letzten Jahres in der Auktion Limited Edition bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.099,00 und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von David Nash erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Charred Column im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 76.800,00 (€ 114.050,40).
