Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Two forms : Magenta and Crimson - 2018 by David Nash was auctioned at Artcurial in May this year. It changed hands for a price of EUR 787.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Nash achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Charred Column in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 76,800.00 (€ 114,050.40).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Two forms : Magenta and Crimson - 2018 von David Nash kam im Mai diesen Jahres bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 787,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 600,00 – 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von David Nash erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Charred Column im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 76.800,00 (€ 114.050,40).
