Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Iron Column - 2017 by David Nash was auctioned at Artcurial in November this year. The price achieved of EUR 722.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Nash achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Charred Column in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 76,800.00 (€ 114,050.40).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Iron Column - 2017 von David Nash kam im November diesen Jahres bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 722,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von David Nash erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Charred Column im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 76.800,00 (€ 114.050,40).
