The result of USD 50,000.00 (€ 44,519.63) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Admittedly, works by Cundo Bermúdez have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mujer peinando a su amante in May last year with an auction result of USD 403,200.00 (€ 375,733.86).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 44.519,63) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Cundo Bermúdez auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Mujer peinando a su amante im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 403.200,00 (€ 375.733,86).
