In September 2014 Sothebys in New York held the auction Contemporary Curated featuring works from the Collection of Joni Gordon of Newspace Gallery, which included this untitled work by Clement Meadmore. The »bidding war« ended at USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,878.37), 25% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Clement Meadmore have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Upcast in September 2008 with an auction result of USD 134,500.00 (€ 95,518.78).

Im September 2014 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Contemporary Curated featuring works from the Collection of Joni Gordon of Newspace Gallery durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Clement Meadmore zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 11.878,37) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Clement Meadmore auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Upcast im September 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 134.500,00 (€ 95.518,78).
