Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Red Bike by Christopher Brown was auctioned at Christies in New York in November 2016. The price achieved of USD 25,000.00 (€ 23,633.96) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Other works by Christopher Brown have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2007 the work Film Study was auctioned for USD 46,000.00 (€ 32,351.08).
