Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2017 a collector was able to acquire the work Significant Moment by Chie Fueki for USD 8,750.00 (€ 7,787.47). This price was achieved in the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale at Phillips in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Chie Fueki have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in March 2021 by the work Toward and Away at USD 12,600.00 (€ 10,729.80).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2017 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Significant Moment von Chie Fueki für USD 8.750,00 (€ 7.787,47) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Phillips in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Chie Fueki wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im März 2021 die Arbeit Toward and Away mit USD 12.600,00 (€ 10.729,80).
