Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2010 Phillips in New York held the auction Contemporary Art Part II, which included the work For You by Chie Fueki. Here, the upper estimate of USD 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 3,125.00 (€ 2,526.48). Admittedly, works by Chie Fueki have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Toward and Away in March 2021 with an auction result of USD 12,600.00 (€ 10,729.80).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2010 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Contemporary Art Part II durch, in der auch die Arbeit For You von Chie Fueki zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 3.125,00 (€ 2.526,48) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Chie Fueki auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Toward and Away im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 12.600,00 (€ 10.729,80).
