Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pyramids, May 29, 1995 by Bruce Conner was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in May 2017. It changed hands for a price of USD 18,750.00 (€ 16,687.43) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bruce Conner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cannabis Collage in November 2016 with an auction result of USD 631,500.00 (€ 596,993.76).
